At approximately 15:48PM on Monday 6th February there became aware of a Denial of Service attack (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denial_of_Service) affecting our  hosting network which would have resulted in services appearing to be slow or, at times, unavailable. Normal service was resumed at 16:24PM.

The goal is for 100% uptime which is usually achieved. Work is being done to further increase resiliency and capacity within the network.
